Indian FM to China Following Border Dispute

India’s foreign minister is headed to China for talks aimed at repairing a relationship that was strained by a recent border dispute.


Salman Khurshid will meet his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi and other officials in Beijing during his two-day visit that begins Thursday.


Long-standing tensions flared up last month, after New Delhi accused Chinese soldiers of setting up camp on the Indian side of an informal border dividing the two countries. China denied the incursion.
